AC Lockyer
President

AC is the inventor of the Mallard System and father of the chemical cleaning revolution. In 1991 AC drew on his experience working in the horticulture industry to develop the Mallard System. AC knew that algae and fungus could be eradicated by spraying fungicides. He used that knowledge in his six month research and development phase to create a cleaning chemical that could carry the necessary algaecides and fungicides to not only clean a roof but kill all existing fungus and spores as well as keep the staining from coming back.

Now over 15 years later AC has earned two Florida Top 100 awards with his last company Mallard Systems as well as a Central Florida Up and Comer's award in 2001 as one of twenty honored as the best and brightest business leaders under the age of forty.

In 2006 AC entered a new phase of his favorite hobby fishing. AC began fishing the Inshore Fishing Associations Redfish Tour, professionally. In his rookie year AC and his tournament partner Thresher won the Redfish Tour National Championship.
 

Tony Ridge
Operations

Tony brings to TerraServ an immense background in building services. Tony has spent the last 12 years working in the high-rise cleaning industry. Tony has hung from the tallest most impressive buildings in Florida. His abilities and experiences from the past 12 years enable him to meet any challenge that faces him.

Tony has a keen awareness safety issues and adherence to O.S.H.A. guidelines. Over the years Tony has served our community as a Fire Fighter. Also while holding down one full time job with TerraServ Tony has also been the Assistant Fire Chief for a local Fire Department. Tony also served our country at ground zero in New York City just days after the September 11th attacks.

With Tony at the post of TerraServ's operations manager, our customer service, "which was already very high" has reached new heights. Tony also brings a knowledge base to TerraServ that only years of experience can give.

Tony also handles all of the Theme Park Accounts for TerraServ
